MRT.

Like many Singaporeans, I take the MRT regularly to get to where I have to be — School, Work, Leisure.

One of the things I like to do would be to pop in them headphones and tune out to music. Then, letting the scenery (or lack of it when underground) lull my mind into a trance where it could be alone to think.

Its been so often that I’ve grown to like the times of selfish introspection and kinda miss it when I don’t get to travel to places often. I wonder what it’ll be like when I start driving.

I was a fan of the humble bus services when I used to live back home in Singapore - somehow, the MRT just got a little too ‘blah’ for me. Sure, the trip might take a longer time, but it’s nice to be able to see more of the places and people while sitting (or standing) in the bus.
